base on the bold, i think you ask wrongly ... once we make a booking or susbcribe to a plan, maxis will input instantly into the system what plan we subscribe
so you are asking the maxis CS is it you on data plan 1, which they answer yes, and you not asking has your data plan being activated ...
last time i call and ask them has my plan activated or not before i start using it ...
and yes, they count correctly, 22MB is RM220++ like that but if you subscribe to any data plan, it is half price ...
i believe a lot people also encounter before, use it before the plan activated ...
