as far as i can see,the one that make your casing become hot is your GC.It does not blowing out the hot air outside your casing so i suggest you to peel off the pci cap slots on your casing.It will let the hot air comes out easier.Plus,change the front fan with a better fan to increase the air flow.
Or,simply buy a new GC that has a better cooler (blowing out the hot air from your casing).

but on top of the casing....i mean ontop of psu the surface is still hot cry.gif

improve a bit ur cable management there....if at the bottom of ur side panel got a mesh grill, try to put fans juz next to the side panel..us double sided tape to locate the fans on the floor of ur casing juz beside the side panel mesh grill..as an air intake...good air ventilation is a neat air intake and superb air exhaustion...
