Go to the cable management thread and see some example of how people hide and tidy up cable.
Then. Put you casing whereby the side panel facing up, to make the hot air going up. Make sure your room temp is not that hot. Should be around 28c. That will help you out. |

QUOTE(geforce88 @ Jul 26 2009, 06:06 PM) I know it's a low cost solution... But if I use this method = more dust.. and that's not exactly what I want...For now I will do cable management....... If got time.... too busy playing game..... This post has been edited by johnsonwps: Jul 27 2009, 07:33 PM |

your room air flow good or not? not just the casing. lol...sometimes hot rooms also contribute heat as intakes cant get enough cold air.

U should find a way to mount a fan just next to ur 24pin on the mobo section. Use cable tie and fix it there.
Go grab a RM 35 Evercool Alu fan 120mm 2000RPM fan, it'll b a little noisier but will move tons of heat around the middle of ur casing. Ur casing design makes the front intake air doesn't reach the middle section of the casing (which is the hottest part of the pc as there's little air movement there). If u put in a high airflow fan there, then close the case, u'll notice the temp drop by at least 3-5C. Also, ur PCI slots, remove all of it, let the hot air from the gc leaves thru there too, instead of having everything being sucked out by the back 120mm fan. If noise is not a factor, grab any high RPM 120mm fan and u'll notice the heat is escaping ur rig much faster and inside components are cooler. When u've got time, mount another fan right below ur DVD drive, there's 3 drive bay slot available as i can see from ur pics, this will help ur proc's temp to be lowered a little more too and provide some cooling to ur rams as well. Also consider to re-apply new layer of tim on each of the heatsinks. Ur northbridge if u wanna lower it, change to the tower type of cooler, like those thermalright or cheaper version like deepcool. My stock NF4 chipset temp is 50+ C, when changed to TR HR05 SLI/IFX, its hovering around 35C now even on hot day and on full load. These may cost u around RM 100-200, but it'll save ur trouble from having to RMA ur stuffs and no pc to use. |

u try change ur gc to the other pci-e slot. then add a exhaust fan to the expansion slot after removing the steels of the expansion slot.
