hi there....i'm currently working in a MNC company...i have some doubts about the resignation letter.

i) who am I supposed to address in the letter since I'll be passing the letter to HR. ( is it appropriate to just put this "To Whom It May Concern")

ii) is it not neccessary to inform my manager about it since I'll be passing the letter to HR. i hope to make this as quick as possible without them noticed this and invite me to room to have a serious talk. sad.gif

iii) What does it means?

iv) do u guys usually write in the letter u'll be going to other company or giving ambigious reasons for leaving the firm.. i really don't know what reasons to write leh... rclxub.gif

i) ya...i know should put company's add..

ii) btw, if i pass the letter to the HR clerk..does she has the right to open it or just inform her to pass it to the head of department (HR)? coz I'm thinking to tell her that I'll quit.

iii) un-used balances or 5 days/7 days.the ceilings of this are consistent with the annual leave carry forward policy.
dont really understand this.

actually i wouldn't want my letter to be hold since i'll just be passing it to HR..

i had made up my mind bout this... wish me luck these few days..

QUOTE
if called up by HR or your supervisor for exit interview just treat it like any other job interviewlor, if they asked you question that you don't want to answer just chalk up an excuse...
