Haha.. thanks guys smile.gif

Actually a lot of credit to you guys too..for you guys kept my interest in the game burning.

Of course, I thank God too for this win smile.gif, somehow I got inspiration to play in a way that I normally wouldn't in the final match.

Was way cool to meet up people like api7, nepguga, wisd, highwind, davidman, chunky and sildes in the flesh throughout this tournament... all were decent and nice people. Chin up guys, WCG is around the corner, there's always a chance to improve on your placing. My feelings go out to highwind especially.. for he only just missed out on the prizes by getting 4th.

Hope to meet you guys again at WCG.my *thumbs up*

Many interesting things happened at the tournament.. including like how the four finalists were using different teams altogether (Italy, Brazil, France, England). Made it a good show for the spectators ^^

To those who couldn't make it this time around, try to join the party at WCG Midvalley end of this month alright?

p.s. Sildes, Rinie wasn't 1st runner up la, Maxsim was. ^^ Rinie was 2nd runner up.

Vote: Acc, league to begin after WCG. Unless someone else can take over organising it. Coz I dowanna affect Accelerator's preparation for exams. Playing this league is one thing, but organising it is another..

Sildes, where did you get the figure from? ^^

I bought mine (Thrustmaster Dual Analog) when I was still studying in Australia. Costs AUD35... when converted into RM it's around about RM100. Mine does not have vibrate like yours though .

Don't forget to bring your controllers everyone. Looking forward to meet everyone again. I'm trying to squeeze in 5 days work into 3 days so I can take leave .. lol... OT'ing like nobody's business now (check the post time.. -.-). I heard from the organisers numbers this year already hitting 90... this year's gonna be exciting!

Ahem.. bro whatcha doing here, just don't be biased when refereeing aight ^.- . Also, try do a bit of commentating to spectators if possible! ^.^ like :

Si_Jali scores with a wicked shot and punches the air, lets out a Rooney-like shout minus the F word in pure ecstacy! Maxsim bows his head and then stares disbelievingly onto the pitch at the underperforming Puyol. What the heck is he doing missing a simple header like that? Manager Sildes is on the sidelines watching and nodding in approval, scribbling something onto his paper furiously...we wonder what he's got in store in our next match?? Only the pen knows. Back to the action, Maxsim kicks off and regroups his offence...

Dude, just wanna say a big thank you for your big contribution of this LYN thread. Without this thread, this year's WCG wouldn't have been as exciting as it's gonna be, for the first time.. there's actually a big familiar community for Fifa meeting up at WCG. Ya know I heard that Fifa has gone to 96 players .. not even CS has that many this year could you believe it (about 16 teams last I heard). The size of the Fifa community being built up.. it just R0xors ^^ GL for your exams bud and we look forward to you starting up the season again once WCG AND your exam ends *thumbs up*

GG to Rin, he played well throughout the tournament and was a deserving 2nd. And THANKS everyone for the cheers and support. Looking forward to season 3 in LYN Acc wink.gif. p.s. I just about let everyone I saw there know about forum.lowyat.net .. expect some influx of new players man.

Kamarul, you can still Direct IP from internet cafe, just that you cannot host, only can connect. Welcome into the league! smile.gif

Actually I got a suggestion.. let it be INTERNATIONAL OR CLUB. Just choose whichever ^^

Coz I won't mind playing France vs. AC Milan.. in fact it's better training

Here's my opinion-- all the following are good formations in this version of Fifa :- 41212, 442, 433, 3412. They're all suitable for different situations. Do try it out , and discuss what do you think about fo each smile.gif

These two will add a lot more excitement to the league.. coz they're good players.

I remember at my first tournament of this year, the Dotcom8 competition, i met Monstar.

I was playing with AC Milan against an Indian opponent wearing the Liverpool jersey and using 4411 playing with u-know-which-team. I went 4-0 up... and bugger Monstar was behind him suddenly sang out "You'll Never Walk Alone!" Then Mr.Liverpool suddenly banged in 3 goals straight... waliu... then before u knew it Cisse had his hattrick and he was only 4-5 down (the song still kept on ringing out), luckily 89th minute I score one last minute goal.. shesh talk about tense. THANKS a lot for the song Monstar >.<

Another interesting thing that happened at that tournament was ppl was betting on Fifa match results. I asked them why, they said coz football season still not yet started, so finding some outlet.. *roll eyes*

Ya guys, I feel I have the responsibility to reiterate this to all. I hope you guys take your matches seriously and report according to the rules. Accelerator is doing a good job so far with his, and I feel it's only fair for us to do our part to make this league a quality league.

What's most important is that everyone at least tries to contact the other person through PM / e-mail for their matches, and to report to Accelerator if you have problems doing so. And also as for your results, make sure you report in the correct format. What Acc gets most , and is frustrated about, are the following mistakes:

1) Double reporting (remember, client does NOT need to report, only the host reports)

2) Reporting of two same countries (remember rules say we can't play with the same country).

Make sure we don't repeat these mistakes again. Let's keep up the good work guys, gotta commend everyone for their activeness as well as these chun commentaries coming in from some of you especially SILDES and BEFITOZI, hopefully this league will expand into a website of its own and become a long term thing until Fifa 2020 at least =). Good game so far on the first half of the season! GL to those fighting for the final 5 spots for LYN Cup.

Now where's marsi and vincent... time to reclaim top spot laugh.gif

Another 2-3 Loss doh.gif ... that's three 2-3 already for me. GG vincent, i was pressuring him the last 30 minutes..but could only muster 1 more goal after going down 1-3 earlier. Great defensive display.

This season's tough sweat.gif

Blastguy, watch your manners alright. Joking around is one thing, but don't go overboard.
