tried edi...built material and display not bad...mechanism also...but quite slow la...if u look for symbian or winmo, nokia or HTC is the answer...where got big budget ?? i bought n86 below RM1.5k mah ...or you can try 5800XM ?? abit above RM1k...touchscreen and got 3G summore...

p s: met wif shahrul pdrm @ loyat today...he's goin to thailand next week...

i like the back panel of X1 but i love the front panel of TP. loll.
TP2 design not so ori la, for me TP better.

Would like you guys to recommend me a new HP. No nokia please.

Budget: 1.2k Max
Usages: Camera, Music
Softwares/Features: None in particular, but GPS is a welcomed feature. WiFi is not a concern. QWERTY keyboard is not necessary.
Design: Rugged: I'm clumsy. Clamshell/candybar/slide is OK by me.

Note: I'm currently using a modded K810i with modded camera and sounds. So I'm very particular about these two features.

Also, I've been eyeing over LG, particularly LG viewty.

I'm not in a rush btw, should I wait a while since I heard a few exciting models are coming out from SE? Is there any hope that the new models will fall within my budget?

or wait for Sony Aino but will be higher than ur budget(start saving from now)..

there are no infrared IRDA in 5800XM

actually i already have a HTC dream, or more accurately, a G1, but im actually now helping my sis look for a fone..

HTC dream is a freakin awesome fone tho.. but sadly doesnt have flash, and camera performs poorly in lowlight situations..

btw, when will the Aino be out???

Specs: features more or less like p1i.i'm using it now and like it.
Not necesarry to have camera.
Mostly internet browsing (if can watch youtube would be great)
Big screen.
Mostly also for watching videos.
Would opt not to have qwerty physical keyboard.
Touch screen would be a bonus.
Type/size : anything.no clamshell.
