So dividend you received have to partially go for bank interest and still made money. and must have guts to do it.

So you will do the checking after daily closing? I must learned to do it, just in case some directors are selling my counters.

In KL, we are charged 0.1% or minimum rm8 for cash account promotion tentatively ends September 09. However, due to their system has been programmed to cater for margin trading which is 0.42% or minimum rm12, they will refund the different on the 10th of following month. As for day contra, it will be immediately refunded on T+3. I have told them that this is messy as I really cannot track what they refund is correct, but give them the benefit of doubt. I have my own spreadsheet which I only check when the figures varies.

So you should be charged 0.42% or RM12 first in your contract and refund you as cash incentive the following month.

Hope you understand my explaination.

Then just give them a call and ask them to give you cut off dates and if possible the details of how they arrived with the figures. I may probably look at my own transactions detail.

I got this from Maybank platform. 0.36 cents x1000 NOT rm36 nett per LOT?

I thought if par is rm1, than the dividend is straight forward unless it is lower than it? Please verify. Cannot find out from other thread. I remember there was one on dividend. Will go find again.
