The center speaker should face the height of the listener (either standing, sitting or sleeping)
I don't think your cabinet could withstand the vibration of the subwoofer, and nvr heard of somebody doing that.
Front left right speaker can be mounted / custom into the cabinets provided the size itself suits and you don't mind the affected sound quality. The speakers should be front ported too

Either way also can, your preference.
How it affect quality I don't know.
I just know speakers need to place on good speaker stand rather than placing it on cabinet/TV rack etc.

the not so solid wood base materials will absorb some of your sound dynamism, it will sound rather flat..

Generally not advisable to put your speakers and sub inside a cabinet. Being in a confined space will negatively affect the sound quality, unless you buy those in-wall speaker types (which are not easy to find).

Yes, I know you want to have a very clean, integrated look but I don't think speakers will perform their best inside a cabinet. In fact some people even say speakers should be placed sufficiently away from the back and side walls to sound their best.

I find that facing straight sounds better. Toeing in seems to narrow the soundstage.

yeah...speakers will spoil for nice deco...

Why not go for cube speakers like Bose? Small enough to hide it.

Sony:

but dun expect the speakers to give miracles sound...go test it out first.

If you are willing to go one up....

Anyway, here are a few pictures for your creativity.

I'm not sure where to get carpenters to do it up for you.

If I were you I'll go to Professional Car Audio shop first to check out what they can do for you.
Since these ppl. are used to dealing with component speakers and box enclosers.
I know its for home not car...but If you got the money, anything goes, so choose a reputable SQ car audio shop.

If u r getting some HTiB or satelite speakers then its okay to place them in a shelf. But if planning on 'floorstanding' or large 'bookshelf' speakers then it will diminish the SQ as speakers need some clearance to work at their optimal. It is recommended to have at least 6" clearance from walls or enclosures (depending on the size of the speakers)

The SQ will suffer due to the insufficient 'breathing space' (check out the ports on larger speakers) and vibration.

As for Sub, place it on the floor will be ideal, LFE is non-directional hence u can place it anywhere in the room (but need to experiment to avoid 'null spots') If really need to place inside an enclosure, recommended to use a damper (can DIY with carpet material or heavy foam) under the sub to isolate vibrating the shelf.

Centre speakers should be level with the listener's ears, main speakers should be aimed at the listener and surround should be 6" up from the ear level

The RF-82 is a dual rear ported speaker. In this case, it is going to sound terrible if it is in a cabinet. Subwoofer is a definite no no. Center speaker still negligible if you have proper padding to elevate it. The RC-62 shouldn't be a problem since it is tiltable.

I would do a cabinet but not across the whole wall. Will leave some space to put the towering RF-82.

Yeah I don't think it's necessary to do wall-to-wall cabinet. Like this you also save some money and can put it towards your HT setup (like better cables, etc).
