Tried to call you last night. Apparently I don't have your latest number. LOL! It's the old one and it's not in service. Sorry dude. Lotsa changes last night. Few venues canceled due to unforeseen circumstances and all camped at Quist's place. I joined them for a quick dinner and played for a while. Was fun. But now back sore due to playing on the floor with stick on the floor as well (I can't play with the stick on my lap. Metal + Lap = COLD!)

It's was fun, a lot of people turned up and played a lot of people I didn't get to play prior to this. And got BULLIED by a lot of people, ESPECIALLY Quist with her Cammy and also her distracting sitting/lying on the floor posture. If someone ask me what I had for dinner last night, I'd answer them I went to have a buffet of CANNON SPIKES! Also played Gouken for the first time. Interesting character. It's like 3rd Strike's Urien, Ryu and Akuma jumbled up together. Tempted to change my main again. LOL! Nah, console characters. No GO!

Sorry guys, I had to leave early yesterday due to "Compulsory Happy Hour". The next session I'll bring my laptop with my arsenal of emulators. All the SF games that has ever been made (minus a few like SFIV and SF:The Movie). This way, everyone can walk down the historical path of Street Fighter and trace back the evolution the game went thru after all these the years. You can even see how your character have changed throughout these years as well (provided the character is available in most of the series).

P/S: Were there any punishment for those who lost last night? I was losing so I bailed out. LOL! Oh, before I forget. Big thank you for the generosity and hospitality!

Don't get me wrong, Quist. I'm not complaining, more than grateful for the hospitality. Sorry I didn't stay back to help clean up etc etc. Next time around, I'll bring my own CUSTOMIZED joystick table/bench. Hehehehe. I got 2 of them. One I left it at Shadoloo. Very useful stuff!

Nope, don't play MVC2. Don't really fancy those kinda game. Everything and anything links into everything.

Need to ajak leongteng5 and big mac for some 3rd Strike game soon. Too long didn't play, my Urien getting rusty.

I think it's a good reason why they hid the health bar. You might be discouraged to play Cammy or use those combo after you see the damage they make. Damage scaling!

Btw, Alvin, your list seems to be full, I can't add you. And I need to get that network cable too. Played Chucky on wireless and it wasn't pretty.

But Balrog looks fun! He's black, he's big and he laughs when he headbutts ppl! Maniacal! Chances are I'm sticking with Abel for next month's thing but after that... not sure.

@ Brastel: What's your take on Abel? He's good IMO on a scale which match-up tiers can't really gauge but to me the fact remains that at least 1/3 of the cast have some sort of distinct advantage over him. I think it must be even more apparent when you're playing against some of the top players in Japan.

@ Darkstalker: Oh ho.. Cammy... mmmm... Hitting her with Ultra puts me in a nice "spot" and getting hit by her Ultra gives me a nice view.... WIN/WIN in my books!
