Absolutely not! These movies are all believed to be in the public domain and are sold from one collector to another. No rights are given or implied! What we are selling is the service of duplicating the tape or disc, the same as if you took a foreign format videotape into a dealer and paid to have it converted into your format, only for much less of what that would cost to do. If a particular title does become commercially available in the U.S. we must and will discontinue selling it immediately. Furthermore, we reserve the right NOT to sell a title for any reason we deem necessary! Also, there are certain countries that have their own laws about what is legal to import. Therefore the customer assumes all responsibility for titles prohibited in these countries. In other words, we are not responsible for videotapes that are confiscated by the post office in that country. (This has only ever happened once but you never know!)

hey guys,sorry for interrupting the thread.My uncle in the US has decided to sent me a Sony PS3 from the US.Its strictly for own personal use and not for resale.

Will the item kena tahan by custom and get taxed?What is the amount of the item where the custom will deem it taxable?If I declare it lower than USD150 will it still get taxed?

And mostly the shipping cost for 6KG with USPS standard.

Recently I'm buying 1 classic horror movie DVD-R from US DVD Shop.

He said use standard postage sent out the small package.
When it shipping from US to Malaysia usually taken how many days will delivered to my house?

Yup...most likely will get tahan by Customs...my friend send me a psp set from US also got tahan so I have to go to Customs office to clear my stuff.  Good luck in getting yours through. If cost over RM500 will get taxed unless you can try nego with them. 

anywhere i can read up on the customs regulations and tariffs?

At least 14days... If kastam tahan... habis liao... I got 1 package at KLIA kastam... bodoh punya kastam... Computer stuff also want to tahan... Duty free ma... Malaysia Boleh!

Yo bro, I also just recently bought a laptop from eBay leh - I also checked and it's supposed to be Duty free, then if like your case kena tahan liao how ar?
