I know the new iphone 3gs will be released somewhere in July, and i'm really interested to get one. However, i have never used apple's phone before. And my question is.... should i buy the iphone 3g instead of 3gs? Since the price of the new iphone is surely high when it first released in Malaysia and i wonder if the newly added application is really worth the price of the new iphone? Can i have some opinion from you guys please. thanks

Personally, if Ur going to get a brand new iPhone, I suggest U go for the iPhone 3GS - in fact a couple of forummers here have already switched to the iPhone 3GS (at least 6 and counting). If money is an issue and Ur not really much into gaming on ur iPhone then I guess the 3G might be sufficient [in which case, U can consider purchasing my 2nd hand unit - ok, i better stop advertising before someone "reports" me]

It's hard to comment about the price because Maxis has yet to introduce its pricing on the iPhone 3GS.

It depends on your usage. If you're just going to do light surfing and checking emails on the go like I do , even an iphone 2g could easily do the trick , but if you're looking for performance and you want more go for the 3GS
