My Problem is when there's a incoming call sometimes i'm unable to slide to answer the call the slide bar is frozen , home button no response can only press sleep button to off the incoming call.
At 1st i thought it's my finger too cold but then it's not. I google it n found out there are some ppl that encounter the same problem too ..

This only happen to me when there's a incoming call and the iPhone is in sleep mode...manually press home n unlock doesn't have this problem. u can feel the frustration of mine when there is a very important call but u keep sliding and the screen is not responding.
I'm thinking to send back to maxis but the problem is how am i going to show them the problem coz it's not happen every time.

because this happened to me when i jailbroke my 3G from SingTel.

that's why after that and a significant lag, i decided not to jailbreak anymore (and have stayed that way since)

if i'm you, i will probably do a clean restore (and not use the backup) and start as a fresh iPhone 3G. that way, only i can truly eliminate the fact that it is not a hardware issue.

For jailbroken iphones, install mcoolPhone, there is a feature just shake phone to answer your call, quite useful when your slide to unlock is giving problems, hope it helps!
