kinda poor recently budget around max rm200 only.... i went for a hair cut just last month asking the professional hairstylist what he can do cause i am bored with my hair style but he says he cant do anything cause my hair is layer so he ended up just trim my lock and cut back the shape!!

dont perm it really will makes u looks more fat coz perm its curled ma, curled ady can cover your side ways chin to hide your chubby...
digital perm is those tiny tiny curls..not nice der...japanese perm shud be big curls..nicer (correct me if i'm wrong, thx)
