in my personal opinion...
sometimes perming your hair will make you look more cute and your face will appear smaller...

i suggest you cut a bang and take a bit of hair each side near your ears for straight....
just for smaller face imagination....
then do japanese perm form middle part till end.....
make sure your hair lengh is more than bra strap lengh with v layers...
coz it will became shorter after you perm...
