i tried following the iclarified instruction on selecting the ipcc but still cant see the ipcc when i click check for updates...any other way to put in the ipcc?

Guys i am using 2g iphone
still need help cant receive mms. guys does anyone knows how much does celcom charge to send and receive mms on iphone? is it per mms or by data usage.??
