My iphone battery life has decreased rapidly ever since upgrade to OS 3.0 . I do not know if MMS is causing it. Will try turn MMS off, to see if is the culprit.

QUOTE(ys_2k @ Jul 12 2009, 03:42 PM) after installed the mms patch for my 2g phone, i realized the battery really drain very fast although i didnt used it much in this few days.... here is what i found in my research about the battary drained fast in 2g phone after the mms. http://www.modmyi.com/forums/t-mobile/6608...t-confirms.htmli think i will remove the mms patch from my phone and see how it goes... I removed the ActivateMMS2G and settings, fully charge iphone this morning ( about 8:00am). At the moment (4:20 pm) it is still 100%. Yep, I think is the ActivateMMS2G, gobbling CPU cycles which burn battery power. Monitor further how it goes...
