Boss, I have to find time to watch as I am quite busy recently due to new 'projects'. Just done the shifting of my SVS to the corner of the room to eliminate the 'valley' in its freq response curve. Now, it is aint that bad. Need to calibrate more. Room nodes really a headache. Peak is easier sweat.gif

My still wrapped Babylon A.D. BD has been collecting dust sweat.gif

Blu-ray Discs may be encoded with a region code, intended to restrict the area of the world in which they can be played, similar in principle to the DVD region codes, although the used geographical regions differ. Blu-ray Disc players sold in a certain region may only play discs encoded for that region. This is primarily used for market segmentation, or price discrimination, but it also allows motion picture studios to control the various aspects of a release (including content and release date) according to the region. Discs may also be produced without region coding, so they can be played on all devices. The countries of the major Blu-ray manufacturers (Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, etc.) are in the same region as the Americas. As of late 2008, almost 70% of all released discs were region-free.

I came across this description at the Blu-ray Region Codes Info. Come to think of it, if M'sia is one of the major manufacturers of blu-ray in the world... why in the world we can't buy it cheap here??? doh.gif

bos like you lor, busy.... so maybe plain tired.. (rather than movie being boring), so if you got BD already, reserve pls.. biggrin.gif

but funny hor.. when watching 24 series, even 4am (next morning need to wake up for work) also still want to continue.. biggrin.gif so maybe 24 series is better than this show..

Yup, watched Knowing too. Superb PQ/AQ. Love the movie as well, don't take it too seriously and you'll enjoy it. Another great directing by Alex Proyas. rclxms.gif

Love Rose Byrne too. brows.gif

That's cause like everything in Malaysia, especially those that don't have competitors (market is controlled by 1 party)... the prices will be exorbitant.. sad.gif
