I believe in Owen...he suits the backup striker's role & he can spread his experience to Macheda & Welbeck.

Looking at SAF's signings, I feel that the wingers are bought not to score goals but to get the ball into the box. So now, Rooney & Berba can finally start to concentrate on what typical strikers should do- score goals.
