Tevez: 5 league goals.

23-4=19 goals we need to make up.. easily achievable by the current players IMO.

Didn't Yaya just sign a new contract recently? Don't see why we need another midfield enforcer when Hargo is due to be back come October (was it?). And I hope we don't sign Eto'o. We don't need another striker, especially one who's main motivation is money and would walk out the moment he feels as though the away fans are giving him stick. Just kung fu kick them a la The King pls. I don't want anymore strikers. I want Rooney to play in the hole. Thats all.

Kill me but our midfield is still weak. Tosic is still unproven, as talented he might be. Giggs and Scholes have only 1 more season to go. Park is hardworking and that's about it. The others like Carrick, Fletcher, Ando, and Nani are great players but I don't think they match the standards of other world class midfielders have set, yet. By world class I mean, clubs would queue up and pay 30 mil pounds without 2nd thought for their service. Having said that, there're aren't any available midfielders like that in the market except for Fabregas, which i somehow hope SAF is crazy enough to go for him.

I can see Ben getting more regular game time this coming season to slowly ready him as our future #1 while VDS start some of the bigger games that required his big match experiences? 

He's more like Ribery rather than Ronaldo..

It was more about having Rooney conserve his energy and use them in areas of the pitch where he's at his most lethal (final third). He seems to hate losing the ball so much that he'd chase the player who took away his ball all the way back to his goalkeeper. I'm sure the crowd loves things like these, but Fergie has a point. Without Ronaldo, Rooney will be our focal point, and everyone will be looking to find him near the opposition's penalty box.

Of course what I said are based on what I/we know right now. We could still get a star striker and that would make me look silly. But I still held the idea that Welbeck is something big in SAF eyes, and he will be given chances next season.
