What if i buy a car in Langkawi, and transport it back?

Guys,
Just wondering, if i bought a car in Langkawi, how can i transport it back? I heard that we need to put our car there 1 year only we can bring it over here. Anyone can shed me some light? |

Means u pay rm500 for the runner and another RM6300 to auction it back? Why need to buy it from auction?
