it maybe u can connect to irc using mibbit but if u read TS's first post "leech some files from there", u can't use xdcc or do any file transfering with it. u still need mirc or a full program to do that.

I am a heavy irc user especially to rizon since most fansub located there. I forgot but most rizon.net are block by TM but last time got 1 or 2 still haven't block and some rizon mirror server also can connect to Rizon. But my solution is to use proxy bypass or vpn or tunnel method to bypass screwmyx blockage. will some other irc server still at least accessible

heres some experience i can tell, even if u are able to connect to rizon. but crappy screamyx have very very very very crappy routing to those network for some reason. Downloading from some bots are also slow.

But when i tunnel my irc connection thru vpn or proxy. everything instantly loads and the meaning of instead message comes into light

In my hometown (Kota Kinabalu), theres a 50/50 chance of getting in without proxy but its just slow so in the end still need a proxy for me to get fullspeed download from those bots.

last time, i also have such problems. irc say cant find hostname and/or Ident and put me as unknown instead
