do we still have the promotion to payback in lump sum?

Hi guys,
I have received an email from PTPTN yesterday regarding on my out standing amount, email content as below:



I am wondering does this mean i have to clear the outstanding amount in order to travel oversea?
The reason of this post is because I just received a job offer in China and leaving end of the year, and i am afraid this might affect my oversea work (ie: barred from travel overseas).
I have also checked immigration website and it says I am not barred from travel at the moment.

Of course, I am planning to payback when I started to work in China. 

Is anyone encounter the same situation before?

Anyway, do you have idea any how accurate is the status from Immigration of Malaysia?
As for now my name is still " Tiada Halangan Status: Sah pada waktu dan tarikh semakan dibuat.", but I will start paying back this month just to ensure my name wont ended up in the blacklist.

This ptptn loan is making me paranoid!!

oh s, that's bad. Is this what happened to you before?
They should have updated the website constantly.
Any idea in what circumstances they will put us in the blacklist?

anda wajib menghubungi mana mana cawangan PTPTN untuk mendapat satu surat pengesahan baki pinjaman anda ditolak diskaun 15% sekiranya anda memilih untuk melangsaikan kesemua pinjaman anda. Setelah membuat pembayaran, anda perlu menghantar email kepada pegawai yg menjaga fail anda disertakan bukti pembayaran untuk mereka update pada system mereka.

I only have to pay RM100 a month after negotiating with PTPTN but I'm gonna fill up the akuan pendapatan anyway. In case of emergency I can use the money for something else.

It's a bit of a hassle to call their hotline for the no pinjaman.

Edit: Apparently they added an option to Whatsapp their officers for the no pinjaman.

Sorry can i ask a question, after loan approved, beside getting loan for study, do you get monthly allowance rm 200? I heard from a friend. Just wanted to double confirm.
