finally received my anak sarawak insentif, 30% offf remaining payment, literally cut short my repayment by 1 and a half year.

I saw the 15% discount for direct debit start from 14oct 2023, but i check my transaction there is no discount given. Im have scheduled direct debit with ptptn leh. How come like that..

Very con job this ptptn, early this year also ghe diskaun 15%/5%, jan to march didnt give, then give 2 month, on may give diskaun not full amount.. shit need call them to clarify. Really cannot trust these civil servant do thing.

Ok the budget 2023 only 3 month, but the amount discount i get is 15% not 2% pun. I had been on direct debit since start repayment. They owes like to pee on ppl who pay on time
