u should pair it with the G15 oso then can give u an extra 18 macros

"not too expensive" is NOT a budget. ALWAYS give exact numbers for ur budget or dont bother asking.

backlit keys means it will never fade out..... i LOL at this statement

backlit keys means its just lighted from the bottom...thats it.

the tarantula is backlit and it faded.... the sidewinder is backlit and it faded. hell even the first batch of G15s were backlit and it faded.

so again i LOL and this time i super LOL

explain why its not good....


my vote goes to the logitechs too by the way.

pros n cons of wat keyboard?

aside from the good looks....i dont really have much fondness of the X6

i also dont like the removable numpad. feels flimsy to me. it also has laptop style keys if thats ur style...i hate those kinda keys.

most stupid of all is the macro recording. especially through software... auto insert delays and cant record simultaneous keypresses. wanna remove the delays and be able to do simultaneous keypress is damn leceh. but outside the software can do simultaneous keypress but the delays are still inserted

just pull it out like normal keyboards....

use a test pen or something to pry it out. just make sure not to damage the surrounding keys

all u need for G15's LCD is everest

unless u wan some other fancy gimmicks la

i was trying out the macro function for the Kone and bloody hell....the macro record is very similar to the Logitech G15's macro recording...

which means easier to do complex key combinations w00t!!!

this also means that theoretically the Roccat Valo keyboard should have similar macro recording.... i love this macro record...so much better than the crap in the Microsoft Reclusa and the Sidewinder X6








obviously top is logitech macro screen and bottom is roccat kone screen

not gonna get the valo.... dont like the layout.


if they change the layout...especially the enter key and the home,pgup,etc keys to ones like the G15 then yeah i might consider.

but then ah.... OCUK selling for over 80 pounds man...thats like 4xx!!! can almost fight G19 liao

i checked OCUK and it was selling for 80+ pounds which converts to RM4xx

i only use Everest Ultimate Edition for system info like temps etc etc as well as date and time

G15 doesnt have the slim keys... its normal keys.

G15 definitely...




or u can get the Sidewinder X6 oso if u like ur keyboards flat on the table and laptop style keys.

no such thing.....its up to each person's own personal preference.
