Yes hon.. in real life still working out. In the past month - 100% attendance at bootcamp 3 times/ week, + 2 conditioning workouts and weekly outdoor runs at TTDI park. Overall results:
-1.30 time off fitness assessment
-2.5KG (that's it???)
15 pushups fresh (If i close me eyes, I might crank out 20)
"By god I have triceps!!"
