I am more interested in automated robots but I still like a good RC robot bashing... cool2.gif

I already made my line-following robot track. tongue.gif

Just a basic track, the size of the board is about 54 x 75 cm

The robot starts at the T on the bottom right and follow the track till it reaches back to the T.

yeah...Just finish last week Abu Robocon, created 3 robot is awesome learn a lot of knowledge....Hope u all guys can share each other..Thanks

Guys im a newbie and im interested on building a robot and since my final year project i need to build one.so if anyone kind enough to share their knowledge or tell me where can i find a shop that sells tools and part to make 1.thanks.

the component can find in Jalan pasar, NiXie Electronic shop. Cytron in Johor and Jalan Kelang Lama,Ampang, Farnell in Subang

You can order via online and then they delivery to you company or university. I know their company base on Subang.

Good news, Farnell deliver right to your doorstep free delivery for orders over rm20. Although the waiting period for components from UK or US warehouse can be long. One tips when selecting components online is to use the Price Sorter to find the best price.

They have this robot competition open to "not student anymore" (its battle robot genre)...build a robot to crush others robot...organize by MMU melaka - robowars and organize by uniten - robogamez.

Gray04 maybe you can start with Arduino. Easy to learn and unlimited abilities. You can get from local Arduino distributor http://myduino.com
