Hmmmm, I sent my booking at around 1pm, and I still haven't gotten the confirmation email.
I have click the re-send confirmation and still nothing.......

Dunno how long it will take now.

No sms confirmation also. Maybe their system is a little jammed. will wait and see tomorrow

Mine is a supp line, my mom is the principal holder and she still has no sms or email.
Looks like Maxis is trying their best to cope.

I think best if got nothing, will have to go to KLCC on the weekend to double check my status.

I just called Maxis on 123, and they said that even without a reference number, you can go to a maxis center (KLCC or Gardens), give them your IC or mobile number if you're an existing customer and then you can check and pay your booking there.
Will be going to Gardens tomorrow if that's the case.

But the stupid thing, even when they told me to, to go my Hello Station center in Bangsar, the staff there didn't know a thing and couldn't process my booking fee.......
Bladdy heck. Don't care, will do it in Gardens and see if I can still pick up at Hello Center on the 31st.

All these should be prepared MUCH earlier already...... probably as soon as the 3GS was announced.....

But Bad Website + Ill-informed 3rd parties = no-good.

If not, have to take half day and collect at Gardens

Ok. I paid my deposit for my iPhone 3GS at Gardens already. Not sure if reported before but.

a) If you're a supp account, you HAVE to bring along the main account holder to pay and register, even if you paid under your name. No if's and's or but's.

b) If you're worried you can't collect your iPhone at the store you requested (for example, mine is the Hello Center in Bangsar), you can always bring your confirmation letter and deposit receipt to a Maxis Center like the one in KLCC or the Gardens to collect it there.

c) countless times confirmed and confirming ONCE AGAIN, you can change your plan only when you collect your phone. You can't do it when you pay for your deposit, even at a Maxis Center.

But whether they will be available to resellers like Hello Station....... that's another story.

For those booking for registered maxis center (NOT places like Gardens, KLCC, Pavilion... etc. etc.), it's best if you call them again to confirm your booking.

I just came back from Hello Station to see if their stocks arrived and if I can pick up tomorrow. They said they can't find my name in the system. *blink*
He then made a call to Maxis HQ to confirm my booking, and true enough, it was there. So he entered my name manually into the system, guaranteeing that I'll get my iPhone tomorrow.

Lesson: CALL AND CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING AT THE STORE/CENTER YOU GOT IT FROM TODAY.

Couldn't change plan there. Change plan only once you get your phone in your hands. It takes around 20 mins to unlock and register the phone....... confirmed.

Anyone else collecting from Bangsar??

I'm in hello station bangsar. 10am now and no iPhones at all. Will wait for the proper staff to come in for an update or how to hold my phone until I can pick it up later

Nope. Bangsar Hello station have NOTHING. Now back in the office and crying silently..........

They will call me once stock arrives........ I doubt.

I appear to have paid online and with Maxis 123, but My phone is nowhere to be found.
They said I have to collect on the August.

I told Hello Station and the Maxis Line to go F**k themselves.

I literally blew up in the hello station. Now I want to go there with my baseball bat and beat the crap out of them all.
