i heard that once we convert our initial prepaid number to postpaid, even after your contract ends.. you cant convert your number back to prepaid (hotlink) anymore.. is that true?

i booked for 32gb, 24 months plan. thought of changing it to 12 months plan only when i collecting it on 31st. but the person in charge said i can't do that. according to him, if i would like to change the plan, i'll have to re-book again

from what he told me, if i want to re-book.. don't pay rm200 first.. and in order to re-book via the same hp number.. i have to wait till the existing booking to expire which is 5 days later.. sigh

i booked the phone on the first day when the booking system went online. but till now, i couldnt collect my 32gb. i went to the shop and asked for it but the staff told me to wait for their call.. totally speechless
