Hi folks, planning to get an iphone. But after some research, found out that the iphone case is made of low quality material. which a lot of people from around the world complain bout the cracking on the case. How serious is the crack?

Iphone users. I want to ask, since the production of iphone 3g 16gb has been stoped, and now maxis dont have stock. what will happen if our 16gb iphone 3g spoilt? do they have stock for warranty? or no more 1 to 1 exchange policy? or upgrade us to 3gs with topup?
