Just imagine a hero with almost the magic immunity as Magina and is able to debuff when needed, plus a slow like Viper.

Although the aura is just meh, but the ulti is like... wtf? Reveals stealth unit? What a slow and damage?
*
The spider ulti at level 6 used nicely with his slow can easily kill most melee heroes assuming Arachna solo

Late game got his armor which is quite useful. So Arachna is imo quite a powerful hero like Xcen said

Also keep in mind that a lot of players love using invis hero like scout/sa/madman so his ulti is definitely very good early game

Is that Tiny? Well, just like Viper Arachna is very prone to stunners and disablers, that's why BKB is a must, don't know what is that called in DotA.

BKB boosts that swuishy HP a little, very nice. After treads and BKB, Viper can proceed for Buriza or MKB for ultimate ownage. I'm a DotA drafter and I personally like to choose Viper for my team carry, works just as good as PotM, if not better in some cases.

Eh, plenty of nerfs now for Arachna. Still considered somewhat of the high-power tier range though. Frankly Valkyrie has equally as much potential as Arachna since Prism gives you COMPLETE invisibility. You don't break stealth while attacking or casting spells under prism's effects. It's especially dangerous when piled with heroes like Vodoo Jester, Glacius and Magmar.

Yup, just like DotA, HoN's most important aspect is team cooperation and coordination!

But it's very hard to find these kind of qualities these days, playing with public sometimes will make you puke. shakehead.gif

I want to add you guys, play a proper game tongue.gif

Easy workaround is to allow the camera to zoom out more. To do that, open up the console with CTRL+F8 and type in g_camdistancemax <n>
and replace 'n' with a number ranging from 1650 to 2200. 1650 is the default value and anything after 2200 will cause graphical issues. I personally use 'g_camdistancemax 2200'.

Yeap! Add me too ; Zeratos.

Anything past 2200 will give graphical glitches. @ 2200 you'll notice certain areas being black sometimes. Rendering issue?

Because in one of the many fits of rage, he managed to open the holy console area. There's lots more things you can play with in there too. "sound_mute true/false" allows you to mute while in the waiting room etc.
