So who's going to pre-order the game? Any opinions on the USD$30 price? Considering it, but I would like some feedback from you guys, since this is quite a huge sum for a game not even in open-beta yet.

Its a one-off permenant account activation. Much like Guild Wars, pay once and that's it. No discount already :S The big problem here is that its NOT physical, as in they won't give you the CD. Or will they?

That's what I want to know. So who's pre-ordering? You keep your beta account, get a silly golden shield next to your name in the lobby and have extra thingos.

I just wanted to give everyone an update:

Programming:

- Netcode Optimizations (fixes map hacks)
- Automated Replay backwards compatibility

I know it doesn't seem like anything too exciting (but new heroes should be coming in quite regularly). Once the chat server is stabilized we will be finalizing the clan operation systems and then moving on to the automated match making.
As you guys can see, we have alot of stuff to expect. Thier support isn't bad either sinc they are an Indie gaming company.

Can't wait for thier Maliken implementaion, that hero is like the God of war for Savage 2.

If they mess with the packets sent to the server then yes they can modify many things, hacking in its pure form. That is the only way to manipulate data if most of the information is stored server side.

IMHO, once you have an escape mechanism you can skip phase boots entirely. Damage and IAS takes precedence over moving through things for heroes such as madman due to their windwalk capabilities.

Frankly, you MUST use barrel roll to counter channelers, to initiate, to chain stun or anything that will assist your team. Place your madman in such a way that you hit multiple enemies via barrel roll and procede to chase the weakest one thereafter. Nobody can dictate what you should and should not buy for your hero, because you enjoy then can lah. Core items however must include something that has lifesteal so you can hold lanes and survive longer during the pushing phase. Personally Hack and Slash and Savage Mace are favourites of mine.

Its something I don't particularly approve of and will not use unless the other team initiates a backdoor on their own accord. Otherwise I won't do it, but all the same nobody stops you from doing it.

I want to pre-order too, yet I have no means of buying it.

Get a Whispering Helm, and later on switch to supportive build because your minotaurs will get raped during the pushing phase.

Found one of the best lane control combos. Destroyed the whole lane in 15 minutes. sweat.gif Some heroes need to be nerfed.

I don't think there will be a "suitable" timeframe, just record certain footages and compile. If I'm not mistaken, that's what Leo did prior to this.

Leo! Hurry up D; We are getting impatient. rawr. Well we'll take a look at the Spectre and VS port. My thoughts are Spectre won't really see so much heavy gameplay. Typical after the intial hype. Will have to see his attack point animation before we can comment though, because he might just be a game changer.

As of now, the unrivalled tank is definitely Zephyr. It takes you 30 minutes to farm out a Radiance, Vanguard and Phase boots with Heart lined up 10 minutes from then. +30% dodge and deflect with a 5 second cooldown much? Not to mention his tornadoes which do like what? 50 magic dps x 8 yawn.gif
