try doing light exercises once you start feeling sleepy while studying.
avoid sugary stuff like biscuits, chocolates, chewing gum or sweets while studying. sugar makes sleepiness even worse.
I need an alternative to caffeine to stay awake, alternative to caffeine/coffee
