Red Bull and Livita contain caffeine la. But yes, carbs and sugars make you more sleepy. I also agree with the light exercise / stretching when you start feeling sleepy - get the blood circulation going.adequate lighting...

I also use aromatherapy but I know some people who say it does absolutely nothing for them. Citrus, ginger, eucalyptus and peppermint scents are said to help.
