Some people are misunderstanding the concept of 'faith healing' and 'alternative medicine'. Believing in Allah s.w.t. is as simple as praying to Him religiously. Believe that Allah swt will help you get through this ordeal. It might work as everything is in God's hand.

But modern/alternative medicine interferes that a little. People come and believe in the doctor/bomoh, not Allah swt! There's a difference to that. The placebo effect might still take effect and cure some simple illness but chronic ones are somewhat impossible.

Those are merely my point of view but next would be the hard evidence.

The so called alternative medicine usually involves traditional medicine and bomoh. No physical interaction is done other than touching the patient themselves. But in this case, it is clear he cut open a person. There is no miracle in this world that a scar wouldn't develop afterward. Heck in the 'open hear surgery', he took out a part and shove it back in and hopes it connects back? That is plain illogical. I'm not going to deny faith healing but faith healing DOES NOT break the law of this world. No such thing as a miracle of a scar disappearing after being cut open or an organ miraculously reconnects after being shoved back in. Plus where in the world is the ribs? He doesn't have a rib or something? This kind of 'miracle' does not exist during the Prophet's time nor will it now. It will never exist.
