changing 2 evo's lower arms are no child's play , @ the 1st place u need a slightly powerful engine , why ?
original lower arms are very light ... they are hollow in between , 2 pieces weld into 1 , but for the evo ones are different , the whole lower arm is die-casted out ... eg original lower arm 8-9kg , evo's will weigh around 13-14 kg , and yes with that additional weight on it , i can honestly tell you , u will have a heavier front , how would i know , coz i just changed mine , no doubt pros are more than cons , but the weight need to be balanced back , or else haihz , bro oly sure wont feel much , he running on evo engine ... you even wouldn't believe this , Satria GTi front ARB are thicker than the stock evo3 ARB , yes i did changed mine , as for the back ARB , my advice is go for normal 1.6 or 1.8 or else it will be too bumpy @ the back , which results in Mid-Lift during corners ... combination of a good Adj Abs + Evo Lower arms = very good , but mind you somehow i felt my was slower than usual with the additional weight , guess it's time for Fibre bonnets ... |

ALVINZ.. i agree with you ler.. i also smell their smoke.. sure cant 'saing' at all.. somemore very high possibility to oversteer at the corners with my std setting...

just change all that on the stock drum brakes? ... and at least u change more stuff than me and can go better than my ride ma .. haha
wat about front disc, rear stock drums? samson, hmmm i need try jor .. remove the dent on my bonnet ... ice cream man ah? .. when i reach my condo also around 7pm ... ice cream man tidor liao ... where else ah? wailup, and worst of all .. i smell ur smoke ... one day i need to try go up genting la ... need someone bring me but of course i go up with safety 1st coz u know la .. unfamiliar and stock car ... |

light weight? .. wat weight is consider as light le? ... & how much?
summore wat is weight of the stock 13" rim besi? ... i am aiming for light weight 15" ... oh man, i got more and more questions .... those who have changed to 4-2-1 extractor, u all got heatshield to cover it so that engine bay wont so hot? ... i read becoz its exposed and radiator fan is blowing, the sudden cooled exhaust air might cause backpressure .... and backpressure is not good ... read l l l \/ |
