when u change ur new oilsump+etc, did u change to persona oilsump?
its better if u change to persona oilsump.. its higher than Gen2 OEM oilsump

my gen 2 player not so nice cause cant play Mp3 and pendrive, when i bring to shop, they say if change palyer, lose the button control function on the steering wheel.
So how do i change palyer without losing control of the button ( those button to control volume and song ) on the steering wheel?

my gen2 got so many problems recently..

1. the L/100km will keep increasing by 0.1 in every few seconds when the car stops.. it will decrease again when the car start moving..
2. the alarm will automatically lock when i get in the car.. i have to "unlock" it then only start...
3. when i start my car, the "du" sound when u lock your car can be heard... but the car still can start..
4. right after i start my car, the aircond will run for a few seconds then stop, note: i havent switch on yet..

seems like all also electrical problem... any "sifu" here knows wats the problem? around how much will it be to repair?

headache la... tyres also almost time to change d...

Current: 205/45/17 with standard absorber/spring.


Saw our sifoo shazmn recommendation to use 205/40/17. Considering his reckon since current profile quit heavy for my auto gen2
But as i'm using stock suspension, agak2 gap beso sgt tak? Anyone want to sell their adjustable ? 

P/s: another thing under my consideration : downgrade to 16".

4 person : ok normal road, touch on bumpy road.
3 person : ok at all road.
My car always load 2persons only, so no issue.

205/45/17 on stock absorber&spring:
- quite nice looks since the gap quite small.
- for auto, will feel the car pickup to be a bit sluggish.
- rims cant last longer since the tyre thicker.
- maybe can change to sport spring.

new cps headlamp cost per pair cheapest i heard for a pair is 450 original proton...

so take your pick...with RM400 you could top up a lil bit for FPR or you could get a lightened pulley or a pair of cam pulley or a pro rallye plug cable paired with good spark plugs or a pipercross drop in air filter with large snorkel...

i had my gen 2 auto 1.6 2004 last week. just now the kunci break in the ignition. so change the ignition already. then try to start the car, it couldn't start!! check the plug got no api. so i change the sensor that connect to the engine head. then try to start still the same. but when i left it for 10 minute then it can start but just only for a short time around 2 second. but the engine cannot go to idle. please help me. i am noob. cost today igntion rm 150, sensor rm 130. aku rase nak nangis je tgk kete aku. tolong la sifu sifu sekalian.
