Would like to give my opinion too...as even though if there is "an offer" from dell and had already been "accepted" by the consumer..but if there is still no "consideration" ,such like payment, we cannot assume that the contract had already been made..and one more thing, most of the advertisement is normally protected by its "exclusion clause"...just my 2 cent...

DELL put up a nice written Code of Conduct "Winning with Integrity" ?? If they dont honor what they say or advertise. Will we, the consumer believe DELL had Integrity? I really dont think so.

Integrity in Business World..is some sort like an advertisement too....or to be exact..just a piece of crap..and only good for the publicity....it should be rephrased as "Winning with Profitability"....

hmm...if i dump "dell" from my future buying list....which brand with an excellence after sales service that should take the place....??? Acer...lenovo...hp?????I dont think so.....
