No understando. U mean Dell advertised the LCD for rm399 by mistake. After lotrsa ppl confirmed orders then they realised mistake n say no deal?

It is not a mistake, it is advertised as limited units but I think they overshoot the order taking. Means too much order, not enough stock to supply.

Most importantly, do not delete the Dell Order Acknowledgement e-mail they sent you. Keep it as a proof.

If their unit is limited, they shouldn't even allow us to proceed with the ordering process. For example a few weeks ago they have this midnight sale for Dell netbook and laptop, limited to first 8 units if i am not mistaken. After all the 8 units have been taken up, the rest of us cannot even place our order. For this case is different, imagine those who place order and TT in the money to DELL already.

Memang, I think there are a few forumers who TT their money to DELL already. What did they do? Did they offer a refund and act as though nothing happens?

Thanks MeToo for sharing with us your details.

My earlier post was never meant as a challenge to prove but rather as a cautionary note. Please accept my humblest apology if it offended you in any way. smile.gif

As I mentioned before, it's even worse for Dell now, who are giving subjective replacements. I'm going to give them a call again now and see how it goes.
