Waa...arrogant customer service...this is becoming a very bad habit for Hell.
Their customer service is really becoming the pits.

Was about to make a purchase for a lappy and a desktop when this stops me.

So, how about the Malaysian problem? Did DELL honor the Dell 23"@RM399 deals that were billed for, or as the person puts it a fair resolution?
or these guys gave up their consumer rights already?
