ah i really need help here.

my cat just gave birth last night and i got 2 new born kitten.
so the problem is, one kitten in a box and being ignored and one more safe and being nursing by her mom.
what should i do to make the mother to take care both of their baby?
when i want to take the ignored baby to her mom, her mom suddenly come to me became "garang" to protect her baby.
then she leaves her baby in the box again and start nursing the other baby.
so i freak out i just leave the baby in the box. and yes the baby miaw miaw so loud for now looking for her mom and milk i guess?

so any solution for this?

thanks.

need some help bout my new kittens version 2!

anyway, my kittens already 1 months now. born in 7th january if im not mistaken.
the problem is........ (jeng jeng jengggggg!)

1. when will they stop nursing from their mother? i mean when they can eat and drink by their self?
2. for now they just drink milk from their mother and not eating / drinking anything else. is it normal?
3. should i put their mom and the kittens in cage for now? (just now i let them playing around in tv room and suddenly i saw their father wanna "hantam" the kittens already doh.gif )
i think their father to dumb to see the different between the mother and the kittens since they have a same color whistling.gif
4. any good food for kittens like this age? tried to feed them with kibbles but its hard to them to chew.

thats all i guess laugh.gif

Hi there,

Why don't you try to give your kitten some supplements to enhance its appetite like Multivit + Lysine.  One bottle only costs RM18.00.  Just give it one ml per day.  You can actually see the difference.  My cats are on this and I am glad to say that they eat a lot and have put on weight now.

There are other brands too in the market like nutristat, fellovite etc.

ah those quite interesting to try. where can i get it? pet shop or normal pharmacy?
