Is it too late to vaccine a 4 year old cat?

recently found 3 kittens around my house.
they are very very small, even smaller then Guffy when i take GUffy back home.

today give them some foods, still worried they can't eat the food but they eat very fast, look like has been hungry for long time.

if any interested to have a kitten, can consider them
