yeap you can neuter.

if he grew up, he will automatically know or get horny.

and start singing all day and night long. until you cannot sleep. (you know that loud horny male cat sound?)

and also, they will start spraying your home with their horny male smell.. gosh i rather keep poop smell rather than that spray urine.

so neuter him, for his own good. it is so sad to see him horny all the time which in nearer times will make him fall sick and stress.

yes true.. and also pyometra in female cat. which involve uterine infection, hormonal abnormality, and a secondary bacterial infection may or may not be present. Pyometra follows a heat cycle in which fertilization did not occur. Typically, within two to four months after the cycle, the female starts showing signs of the disease.
