myxbox show E74, help?

 i need help and advisei buy xbox from australia 6 month ago when i go holiday there,now i in malaysia.My xbox is modded one so cannot claim waranty.Last week its show 1 red light and show E74 on screen.hardware failure So how i want to fix its?how much?where to fix its?  |
