I bought my Scooba at a very cheap price from a US site called www.woot.com. This site has one item per day deals so you will need to be very patient, checking back daily. They will occasionally have Scooba/Roomba on sale. You will need to use a US address though; eg. shipped to a friend or use a Borderlinx account. I don't think they ship internationally. A bit of a hassle but a Scooba can be yours at only USD$99; RM350. Note that you may get the refurbished set and it's the older model 5900/5800.

And regarding the cleaning solution, it's a bummer that we can't get a Scooba cleaning solution here. I find the solution really effective and cleans dirty floors very well! I tried Kiwi Kleen (blue one) and still find it foamy. The vacuum filter traps moisture, indicating the solution is still foamy.

Same problem here. The 1st time charging works but subsequently I cannot fully charge, it stopped after 10mins. Is it battery or transformer-charger problem? Any solution or something can try out?

Hello guys....share your Irobot here...regarding where your buy...price....problem....anything.....

i'm using Irobot Scooba...buy from amazon..so far so good except the battery dry after 30min....maybe because of voltage converter (220v to 110 v) is not suitable...or maybe battery problem...now i'm buying new battery from ebay...

I bought my Roomba 560 through e-bay. With Shipping is like RM1388. Damn, the Malaysian Gov tax me RM400...

Anyway, it works great. I got a 200VA transformer to step down the voltage to 120V. I'm using it to sweep the floor everyday twice. My kids don't sneeze anymore.

Anyone bought scooba? I'm thinking to get one...

i used to buy mobile phone using borderlinx which uses DHL, normally they will calculate the tax for you and charge your shipping cost including malaysia tax.
not sure on your case though.

Hi there, i would like to get one roomba 560 too or roomba 530..

I believe some gentlemen/ladies here have been using roomba for almost more than 2 years rite, may i know are they still running well?

do you guys buy for the parts (i.e brush, filter, side brush) when purchase the roomba?

i search thru ebay, there is roomba560 selling at RM1.4k+ with modified 240v, is this a good price? or quite high for it since it's a 2~3 yrs old model..

Thx..
