I'm going to change my gate, build car porch, change doors, change windows, change floor tiles, change ceilling, paint the whole house, extension on the back for a toilet, and put tiles and cement on my lubang stair.

I asked 2 contractor to bundle those and their price are quite high.
So I want to separate each job for different contractor for better budget.

However I dont know how to do it, call them at once and let them figure it out ?
Or I should call the one who do the extension first, then tiles or windows, step by step ?
Any advice or guidance ? Thanks !

asign 1 contractor is good, cuz there will be a lot of arguement if u separate it to 2 contractor......u will get headache cuz both will accuse each other's workmanship once got any problem.....

how much they quote you ? looks like a lot of work to be done

Whatever it is, do the structure first. starts with back extension. you can ask the same contractor to change doors and windows but you can purchase the doors, door frames and windows yourself and ask him to install the frames. You did not mentioned whether your car porch includes covered porch. If yes, do this together with back extension. Next is to change ceiling, then install tiles and painting. Car porch flooring and gate would be last items.
