Yellow/Red (400-800ms) is normal for us over here. Still very much playable, IMHO.

You're living in London and playing on Euro servers... Of course latency green la.

I used to play in london and ping is never more than 150 m/s, when playing on US servers. It's just streamyx. I agree. If I'm not mistaken, even S'pore and Aussie connections can get 100-200ms (and yet they're complaining already on the forums, sigh). M'sian broadband connection is just not up to international standard, literally.

aussie get 100-200ms? i getting average 650ms. go internet cafe play get 500ms average, full house or empty still same ping
wish i could play in my school though. i downloaded some stuff at 10mbps. no joke. those must've been good servers. but i still don't know what the limit of the school is. maybe can go higher than 10mbps. wonder whats my ping will be in WoW.....hmmm.... Latency is directly proportional to its Location
The further you stay from the server , the higher the latency it will be Its one of the factors as well , some may disagree as the type of Internet connection plays its role ! |
