ETA will be end of this month

I went to cameron today and took so many photos and I posted sooo many of them on my blog coz I love most of the pics. When we got back earlier, we played the slide show on the full hd and the macro shots are just sooooooo awesome!!!

Came across a bunch of SONY ALPHA enthusiasts.. then realised I kinda miss my alpha a bit but this camera is too awesome! hahaha

anyone know what is the latest price for oly e-p1 twin lens kit? i am interested to get one ..

Me too. I'm just too happy with E-P1 that no word can described... as I've said before, I enjoy back my photography hobby after I bought E-P1. With Canon 40D, I
just find it too cumbersome...

hopefully the price for gf1 is around ep1's... so, it's not available in msia yet? i think i will buy it from msia instead of aus... aus price = $1600 = RM4920!!! so expensive! siao

That is retail price. I guess street price will be RM500 cheaper. ARound RM3000 for kit lens.
E-P1 is RM2600....

RM3000... that'd be so good! EP-1 is so cheap now... might get a twin lens or something...

really?? ep-1 is rm2600 only????? i saw the shop still sell rm2999 with single lens only!!

twin lens is RM3300....for E-P1... RM3000 is my estimation lor...

RM2600 is the price since E-P1 start selling la. NOt related to E-P2. E-P2 might be same price
as GF1... muahah

hmmm..but if e-p2 got built in flash, then even better..the price if still withink 3500 then i will just wait the announcement end of this month from olympus!!

i try ask the seller quote me the price but no reply till now..oledi 2 days i think.. do you feel AF is slow in e-p1? cos i saw a lot of ppl comment abt this.. but compare to gf1, i still think e-p1 look nicer

Frankly, it is slow compare to Canon 40d that I use before. The AF performance is better or on par with the high end P&S. I think GF1 will
be faster. And I do agree E-P1 looks a lot nicer. GF1 look like normal P&S camera.

wat type of lens do you got? i saw ebay selling a lot of adapter for e-p1 so that it can use other lens like canon eos, nikon, leica etc etc.. if i wan take a group photos which require wide angle, zoom lens which require about 10x compare to normal digital camera and macro images, which type of lens will you recommend?

Here is some lens I have:

14-42mm -> kit lens
17mm -> pan cake lens
Canon FD 50mm f/1.4 this one must get adapter...


Wide angle --> kit lens is ok dy...
Zoom lens --> the only m43 lens is 50-200mm frm Panasonic. But you can follow our forumer silverstan buying 40-150mm with adapter to 43rd....

But my personal preference is 17mm la. Coz u know, I like small camera... and 17mm is the smallest package you can get with E-P1...
