Disclaimer.:- All image taken using Olympus Ep-2 is using a pre production unit and firmware.
So the quality might not be that good. My comment on the AF is also based on this pre production unit. Therefore the final unit might have faster AF or better IQ

wah i am late again..anyway the 7-14 i used is not the m43 ver. It is the 4/3 ver. the 7-14 of the 4/3 version is very sharp lens however too big for ep1 body size. I would aim for 8mm fisheye for m4/3 and the 14-150 mm m4/3 lens.

QUOTE(OldKidz @ Jan 15 2010, 10:53 AM) Bro, Can teach me how to upgrade my EP1 firmware? aiya is simple la... 1.just connect the EP1 to PC using the usb cable. 2.Then open the Olympus Master software or Olympus Studio software. 3. From the [Online Service] menu in the [Browse] window, select [Update Camera]. (for Olympus studio) or 4. From the [Camera] menu in the [Browse] window, select [Update Camera/Add Display Language]. (for Olympus Master Software)

QUOTE(Drian @ Jan 18 2010, 06:54 PM) how is manual focusing with the adaptor? i dont use manual focus. I use Auto focus!! Added on January 18, 2010, 8:36 pmQUOTE(free_enuf @ Jan 18 2010, 08:08 PM) Dont you find AF with the adaptor/4/3lens combination is really a little show? Tried on 70-300, 35/3.5Macro etc.. Not acceptable AF speed... How's 9-18 and 25/1.4 AF with the adaptor? the AF is not on par with SLR but is good enough for me to capture singer singing in concert much more better than any slr with kit lens at the same distance from where i am standing. surprisingly the 25mm f1.4 is fast on ep1. the 70-300 is even fast enough for fashion !! and is good for concert! and shoot bird also ok This post has been edited by hellfire8888: Jan 18 2010, 08:44 PM
