No way the clerk is going to be so ignorant to miss out the field..  rolleyes.gif

Today I posted an item and I forgot to fill out the package content section, the clerk asked me to fill up that section before sign..  laugh.gif

Now the problem is, they listed hand phones as a no-no in their list, anyone have any experience on this?

Maybe a few replies from the phone sellers might shine some light on this situation?

HP STRONGLY discouraged to be posted via poslaju or you need to pack them in a hard case for precaution.

Hello, may I know that is there any cheaper alternative service from Pos Malaysia instead of PosLaju to deliver 1kg weighted of parcel? Is is their normal parcel delivery which cost RM2.5 per kg really reliable? Thanks

so far, no bad experience with pos laju or pos express ever since i do business online. pos express tracking system works very well! they tell you details info of where about of your courier. pos laju tracking system still doing upgrading. but they always arrived on time, no complaint from my customer biggrin.gif cheap and very reliable!

sandypiggy, normal pos is reliable, but they are slow just like the normal snail mail. better use pos laju if you want it to reach faster.

i think all courier have same rules regarding with stuff that is not allowed... liquid, explosion, bla bla bal.. MONEY brows.gif heheheh.. you need to declare and fill the pos laju form the stuff that you want to post... if you not fill it, the will ask you.. you also can ask for insurance for the stuff, and you need pay the insurance a little bit..

most of the liquid, explosion, phone, camera and expensive item they are not allowed to post. if you wanna post the expensive item, its better to buy the insurance from them.

If not mistaken, i got read about one news which related people using poslaju to transfer the drugs by parcels. At the end police found up for those kind of tricks. So may be nowadays poslaju just be so careful & will try to search what is contains inside the parcels. If they found up the parcel is phone, may be there will replace some good stuff for that phone. whistling.gif

PPL refers to Pusat PosLaju. Giv a call to PosMalaysia & ask for location smile.gif
