may i know how to track on poslaju?
it said insert 10number from here...http://www.poslaju.com.my/emstrack/
but i got 9numbers only
example: EN 123456789 MY
so how can i track?

Just to share.

I've sent a parcel using poslaju weight at 2.02kg from Sabah
to Melaka.Cost me RM40 ringgit wtf..

It appears tat if below 2kg the rate will be cheaper.
around RM25 sumthing...but 2day....well might just say learn a lesson.
For the god dxxx 0.02kg it drags to tat much.Gud job poslaju.

HI...i track the tracking no for the parcel..it's written "Unable to deliver the item due to
addressee not available at time of delivery"..what does it's mean? address not correct? so is it go to nearest pos office to ask n get the parcel?

receiver was not home when the poslaju guy went to his/her house.. can call them to send again (if they r nice enough) or go to the post office to collect. remember to bring your IC ya..

how to post parcel? u go to pos ofis then take the form, fill in the hand the parcel wif the form ,then pay.
how long to reach?
poslaju usually takes 1 day.

Don't forget to tight the box with string, you can't wrap the box with news paper

the real thing is im buying from a seller and she was using post parcel, she post the item last thursday and still not been delivered.

u have tracking number?
try giving them a call.

Pos Express and reg pos handle by pos office.
P. express must use the particular envelope provided and only limited weight/thickness of goods accepted. (normally next day delivery)
Reg Parcel less expensive than Pos Laju but take longer time (2 to 7 working days), the box must wrap nicely and tighten with string.

I think Pos Laju service handle by Pos Laju Office itself, not normal post office unless in smaller town where by only pos office avalable.
Normally next day delivery in major town, much expensive than Reg parcel/ Express especially >3kg.

This is my own simple explanation. Hope this help.

wanto enquiry the pos laju form,
at 'section' 4 Maklumat kiriman & insuran,
the 'keterangan Item'/parcel content is it compulsary to write?
or it is required to write only if it is insuranced?
the insurance is cost separated?

its not pos laju parcel actually, but normal pos parcel, and she said that there was no tracking number for normal pos.

somebody can give me more information?

For pos laju (more like sederhana) if wanna check the tracking, call 1-300-300-300. No need to waste time online...cause it doesn't work.

Do pos laju officers have the right to tear off parcels..?
Because. from the last parcel I got. It seems that the parcel had been torn and the items of my bubble wrap had been opened.

But fortunately. I still receive my items in good condition.
